Fully Alive Level 1 – Energy Flow for Health and Happiness

£240 for the twelve-week course

The fundamental skill of all Chi Kung practice is being able to generate an energy flow. Without this skill, “Chi Kung” can easily become just gentle physical exercise. So, this foundation course focuses on developing and improving the skill of generating an energy flow.

Energy flow can be used in a number of ways. On this Level 1 course, we will teach you the techniques and skills necessary to use energy flow to clear unhelpful things. This approach, of clearing energy blocks, is the foundation of all Chinese medicine. Using energy flow in this way is a direct, simple and effective way of clearing illnesses, having more energy and generally feeling happier and healthier

Running the course over 12 weeks allows us to unpack each element involved in developing a successful Chi Kung. This is useful for people who have never practised. It also helps more experienced practitioners who want to deepen their skills as a foundation for learning more advanced practices.
