Arrive in plenty of time for your courses. It makes sense.

Each course at the UK Summer Camp starts at 09:30 and finishes at 18:00. We break for lunch at 12:30 and return at 15:00. On some days there may be an opportunity for you to have lunch with Sifu and ask further questions.

Arrive at least 30 minutes early on your first course to sign in and get your name badge. On the courses that follow arrive at least 15 minutes early. A member of the Fully Alive team will meet you in the foyer or in the training room on the ground floor. It will be clearly marked.

Wear comfortable clothing, that is not too revealing. It can get hot in the training room so layers is useful. Training shoes or flat sole shoes are the best footwear for both Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan).

Food and accommodation is not included in the course fee, so bring water and any food you wish to eat in break times. There are places to eat within walking distance of the venue.
